The 30 hours you complete this June can include anything from physical activities like running, cycling or walking (all 2 metres from one another and following government guidelines), or an hour each day learning a new skill such as a language or crocheting. If you really want to push yourself why not set the challenge of doing 60 hours of an activity in June!

There is no fundraising minimum all we ask is you raise as much as you can!

To add physical activity updates you can do this through the Strava intergration, and to add other activities please manually post regular updates of what you are doing to your fundraising page!
