In an emergency, or in the absence of contact with my nominated NOK, I authorise Innovation Sports Ltd to consent on my behalf to any medical treatment, which a qualified doctor, Paramedic or other such qualified person may deem necessary. I accept I am participating in the St Modwen Charity Run at my own risk and that St Modwen, LandAid and Innovation Sports will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expense which I suffer or incur as a result of participating in this run except where this is caused by the event management company, Innovation Sports negligence. If I have any health problems or am unsure about my physical ability to participate in this run I will obtain advice from a doctor before participating. I will abide by all rules and regulations that apply to this run, including but not limited to those which are displayed, or are given to me, at the event. I also agree to photos & videos to be taken by accredited persons within St Modwen, LandAid, Innovation Sports, and their partners and clients during race activities for promotional/advertising and other such purposes. Such media will only be used by St Modwen, LandAid and Innovation Sports Ltd and will not be shared, distributed or sold to third parties. If you object to photos/ videos of you being taken please email EMarchant@stmodwen.co.uk. LandAid will always use your information in strict accordance with the law, to find out more please find our privacy policy here: www.landaid.org/privacy-policy. Places at this event are limited and so we operate a strict cancellation policy. Once you have received confirmation of your place at the event you will be liable for the whole fee except in exceptional circumstances. No refund will be made for non-attendance at the event. Additionally, no refund of donations raised through fundraising pages will be made. Your safety is very important to us. If the weather is bad on the day, we will assess whether it is safe to continue. If the decision is made to cancel the event due to safety concerns, no refunds will be offered. To take part in the challenge, please accept the below terms and conditions: 1. Entry fees are due on receipt and payment must be received to confirm registration for the challenge. If your entry fee is not received before Friday 13 September 2019, you will not be permitted to take part in the event 2. Minimum fundraising must be reached prior to Friday 13 October, if this has not been achieved, LandAid will raise a request for payment for the outstanding amount. 3. St Modwen accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or death resulting from the challenge. We suggest you consult a doctor before participating in the challenge.
