If you have registered for the bay 10K?, you have agreed/signed to the following terms:
� I am 16 years of age or over on 6th August 2018
� I understand once entry is confirmed no refund will be made
� I understand I can pay to have my number sent to me or I can collect my Number & Race pack on Sunday 5th August during race registration.
� I understand that if I have any doubt regarding my health I shall consult my doctor before entering.
� I understand if I do not supply an email address communications to the event will be limited & I will view the website or facebook page for the latest information.
� I will complete the medical questionnaire at the back of my race number before starting the race.
� I understand I am the only person permitted to wear the race number allocated to me and if another party is found wearing my race number it will lead to automatic disqualification.
� I understand I participant in the event at my own risk and I shall take due care to follow a suitable training plan, hydrate and nourish myself throughout the race.
CONDITION OF ENTRY
It is a prerequisite of entry that people accept the rules and regulations of the event before your entry is accepted. You enter the bay 10K at your own risk and that neither the bay 10K, Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council or any of our sponsors will be held responsible for any accident suffered or injury sustained by you from any cause whatsoever or for any property lost, mislaid or stolen on the course, the baggage areas or at the start / finish areas. I agree to abide by all lawful instructions issued to me by An Garda Siochana or any steward on the course on race day.
Furthermore, I hereby grant full permission to any of the foregoing to use photographs, films, or recordings of the event for any legitimate purpose.
